Depending on the market, we hold onto properties from three to seven years. The exit strategy is based on market conditions and when we will get the best return.
Our focus is on multifamily units with at least 20 or more doors.
We acquire our properties through syndication. A real estate syndication is the pooling of money from investors that will be used to buy a large apartment complex. This involves active investors who actively manage the deal and properties, and passive investors (you) who invest their money into the deal.
So when you invest with us, you have ownership in the property, receive quarterly distributions, and build equity – without any property or asset management responsibilities.
