Mohamed has spent his career in Finance at a variety of Fortune 500, private companies, and government agencies, using business analytics to drive growth and profitability. He has led a number of entrepreneurial enterprises, including organic farming and real estate since 2009. Mohamed graduated from American University in Cairo with a bachelor's degree in economics and the University of St. Thomas with a master's in business administration finance.

Asni is a professional medical technologist instructor with 30 years of experience at the American Red Cross. She currently trains new hires and incumbent employees from different departments. She is married and a proud mother of two beautiful girls and a granddaughter. As part of her community work, Asni serves as a board member of her church and a chairwoman for Ethiopian Forum & Peace Reconciliations. Now, she focuses on her multifamily real estate business to achieve her goals for her family and community.

Sara is a high performing director of nursing with over 15 years of frontline nursing, clinical, and hospital administration experience. She has a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate culturally competent and outstanding healthcare teams. Sara  holds a license of infection control through the Centers for Diseases Control & Prevention and was trained in advanced leadership through the Villa Healthcare. Sara wants to grow and thrive in the multifamily real estate industry, leveraging her nursing leadership experiences with her passion of service to communities with housing needs. 

Chad is both a real estate agent and investor.  He enjoys working with clients who are starting or expanding their portfolios. He believes multifamily real estate is the perfect opportunity for higher returns, long-term security, and investment diversification. In his work, Chad demonstrates attention and perseverance, and matches every challenge with a solution. Chad has a bachelor’s degree from Mankato State University and a background in education. When not working, he enjoys Ironman triathlons, running, pickleball and tennis.

In business and life, she values people and relationships, focusing on delivering high value and returns in win-win deals. Chum graduated from the University of Minnesota with an accounting degree and has over 20 years of business experience in consulting and working with a wide-range of individuals and companies, from small businesses to Fortune 500, in Human Resources, Recruiting, Accounting, Finance, and Business Development.

Alyce is the CEO of a boutique transformation consulting firm, specializing in business, cultural, and individual transformation. Clients include Fortune 50 companies like Medtronic, Target Corporation, and Cargill. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, operations, and sales leadership, Alyce now expands her focus on real estate with a mission to serve others and create highly valuable experiences for all.
